My only stake in this is you, and specifically that you attain a higher state of clarity and confidence as we work together.

Studio Sessions
Month-to-month packages. Choose from weekly or bi-weekly session cadence. One hour per session, remote, 1:1 with me every time. Open lines of communication between sessions for things that cannot wait. No long-term contract. You stay because it is working.

I am a senior executive with a two-decade-plus career. I have held leadership positions across all dimensions of business and sat at every level of the table. I know what it feels like to carry decisions alone, to manage how you come across, and to need someone straight with you who has actually been in the room.

My favorite part of the work was never the strategy or the operations. It was the people. Sitting with someone, working through what was actually in their way, and watching them get clear. That is what I aim to do here.
