1:1 Advisory for Leaders
Every person around you has an angle. Your team, your peers, your boss, your board. So you process everything alone, decide under that weight, and perform confidence you may not feel. There is a better way to work.
"Working with him shaped how I show up as a leader, a teammate, and a professional. Those lessons continue to drive my success to this day."
"I owe a lot of credit for my professional growth to Chris Briggs. 11 years later, I am still thriving in my career thanks to the foundation he helped me build."
"His style is refreshingly no-frills. He taught me to tune out the noise, focus on what truly moves the needle, and take full ownership of my outcomes."
Leadership at every level comes with the same quiet problem. The people around you have a stake in what you decide. Your team needs you steady. Your peers are watching. Your organization is evaluating. So you manage how you come across, you keep the real version of things to yourself, and you carry the weight of decisions without ever fully thinking them through out loud.
That is not a character flaw. It is just the org chart working exactly as designed. There is no safe place inside it to be unguarded. So most leaders never are. They get good at performing clarity instead of having it. And over time that is exhausting in a way that is hard to name, because from the outside everything looks fine.
What is missing is one person who is completely outside that system. No org politics. No personal agenda. No turf to protect. No way to exploit what you share. And no repercussions for your thoughts and ideas. Someone whose only stake in the game is your clarity and confidence. Someone you can say the actual thing to.
Everyone inside your organization has a stake that is at least partly about themselves. Your team needs you steady. Your peers are watching. Your boss is evaluating. Even the people who want to help you are managing their own position while they do it. I am not in that system. No org politics. No personal agenda. No turf battle. No exploitation of your vulnerabilities. No repercussions for your thoughts and ideas. My only stake in this is you, and specifically that you attain a higher state of clarity and confidence as we work together.
One hour. One conversation. No templates, no worksheets, no homework. I show up prepared and we work through what is actually going on. You leave with more clarity than you came in with. That is the standard every session.
I am a senior executive with a two-decade-plus career. I have held leadership positions across all dimensions of business and sat at every level of the table. I know what it feels like to carry decisions alone, to manage how you come across, and to need someone straight with you who has actually been in the room.
My favorite part of the work was never the strategy or the operations. It was the people. Sitting with someone, working through what was actually in their way, and watching them get clear. That is what I aim to do here.
Leaders at all levels find themselves from time to time quietly struggling to maintain clarity and confidence. First-time manager or seasoned executive. The challenge does not discriminate.
